What we’re looking for from you:
• You’ll have a keen eye for producing quality food to a consistent standard
• Relevant proven experience in a similar environment
• Experience of food hygiene standards and relevant control measures used
• The ability to work a variety of shifts with a flexible approach to working hours to suit the needs of the business

Job description:
• To manage the daily preparation, cooking and service of high-quality food in a timely manner
• To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
• To assist the kitchen team to maintain and improve quality, standards and cleanliness required by Head Chef
• To assist Sous and Head Chef in creating new recipes and menus writing
• To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and make sure that all relevant company procedures are adhered to
• To keep high standards of cleanliness on section where employed, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene or cleanliness asked for by Head Chef
